Can I receive your catalog?

How can I purchase Luxtrainer products?

Is it possible to know or have information on equipment prices?

Is it possible to customize the frame and upholsteries colour?
Luxtrainer provides for customers the opportunity  to customize the frame and upholsteries through the 'AD-PERSONAM ™ COLORS CUSTOMIZATION PROGRAM. Colors of frame provided by Luxtrainer are silver ice  metallic gloss and graphite black metallic gloss, while colors of upholstery are red fire and deep black with embroidered Luxtrainer logo on headrests and contrasting sportive silver double stitching. Special colors can be obtained even if the real possibility of realization is  due to the  evaluation of technical Luxtrainer.

 

What is the delivery time?
The delivery date of equipment has to be agreed between purchaser and Luxtrainer, but it will depend on delivery area, the kind of product and the client needs. The delivery time has to be agreed at the order and can change in relation with production requirements and in cases of force majeure. Generally the time required by Luxtrainer to undertake the delivery of equipment ranging from 30 days to a maximum of 45 days, unless the possibility the goods are ready in stock.

 

What are the materials used for equipment construction ?
All frames are made by pickled steel with high thickness profiles , from automotive industry and they are subjected to a double process of polyester powder coating and subsequent baking. For this we can ensure a high level of finish , a high degree of hardness surface and high resistance to scratches as well as aging , stains, oils , disinfectants , bacteria and mold. High quality synthetic leather upholstery, entirely hand-made featuring sportive silver contrasting with double stitching, from automotive style. Satin methacrylate protection shroud to ensure maximum light environment in full compliance with safety standards(UNI EN 957). Large diameter handles made with extruded neoprene, high grip and antibacterial, metallic terminals to prevent handle slippage during use.

 

Luxtrainer equipment can be arranged outside without any protection?

In particular, structural frame has a lifetime warranty; moving parts are garanteed for 5 years; cables, upholsteries, handles and  painting are garanteed for 1 year. Are Luxtrainer products certified?
Luxtrainer  professional products comply with European standards of safety equipment for physical exercise (UNI EN 957). Luxtrainer  guarantees all of its products to demonstrate the high equipment reliability, made with careful selected materials to offer products will last for a long time. The final quality control ensures that products meet all standards required such as marketing and inspection checks are made on accurate painting, welding and frame finishing , the appearance and the upholstery attachment on tightening bolts on the basis of sessions and support rules, scrolling arms and movement tolerance, alignment pull cord, operation and appearance of  weight stack placement and alignment decals.

 

Why equipment adjustments are identified by yellow colour?

How should be cleaned various parts of a isotonic machine?
All strength machines and benches are made by three essential parts (painted frame, upholstery and chrome parts).
These parts are daily exposed to perspiration of the user, which as we know, it has a highly corrosive power ,therefore, they should be cleaned and treated in different ways, to avoid a rapid deterioration.
• Painted Chassis: Clean with a damp cloth using only water and mild detergent.
• Upholstery: Clean with a damp cloth using only water and mild detergent.
• Chrome Parts: Use a cloth soaked in alcohol.
IMPORTANT: Do not clean painted chassis cloth and upholsteries with alcohol and / or derived products, because they are too aggressive and damage this surfaces.


Why weight stack does not flow well?
A constant use of strength machines can lead a minor adjustments to components involved and it also reduces the lubrication of  sliding rods weight stack.
In order to prevent this from happening, just checked regularly every 15 days that the rods are aligned and well lubricated.


How are preserving the upholstery?
The upholstery, more than other parts of the machine are continuously exposed to the sweat of users and this, as we know, is highly corrosive.
In order to prevent any wear of upholstery it must be weekly cleaned  with a damp cloth, only using water and mild detergent.
