Regular exercise can be considered the base for good health. In the past for health it was only  intended  as an absence of disease. Today we define health in terms of physical, mental and social well-being.  Doctors and experts think that exercise regularly practiced is essential to achieving and maintaining good health. Being physically fit does not mean to have a good health. However, exercise is an essential component for "feel healthy."
