Leg Extension - Standing Curl

Designed for lower body training it contains a wide range of solutions that makes it one of the most versatile tool for several muscle groups training. Used for strengthening legs it allows quadriceps movement extension (leg - extension)   and hamstrings flexion (standing leg - curl). Optimally user positions for natural exercise movements to minimize on joints and lower back stress.  Quick seat and roller pad adjustments are enable customized fit for all sizes users. Using provided ankle strap you can complete your training with inside/outside thigh and buttocks exercises.
