Reproducing the squat movement it involves all lower body muscles, shaping buttocks, quadriceps and hamstrings. You can also have a specific calf training. Natural range of motion and support angle increase the muscle involvement while it reduces joints stress. The Leg Press-Calf Extension features an easy entry, robust design. A minimal step height,  and weight selection access from seated position make this a very comfortable experience. Natural arc-of-motion and pad angles maximize muscular involvement and minimize joint stress.  Adjustable seat and foot platform accommodate all sizes users. Oversize, non-skid foot platform helps hold feet in place and it allows a natural foot positions variety.
