Multi - Press

The most versatile machine for training of chest and shoulders, with guided and fluid movements. Offering multiple exercise angles, user can condition the lower and mid chest with the flat press, the upper chest with the incline press and the shoulders in vertical position directly. Six press arm positions accommodate a more diverse population and a range of motion preferences, while angled hand grips reduce stress to wrists. The Superbench™, multipurpose bench placed inside the structure is adjusted in six positions easily switched from flat to vertical position.
