Routine Maintenance Recommendation

In order to facilitate the proper functioning of fitness equipment, after a little period of time it is necessary to follow simple maintenance rules concerning lubrication and control of components positioning. |

| Clean weight stack guide rods |

Clean the sliding rods with degreasing agent. Then proceed to the lubrication. |

Lubricate the sliding rods with a cloth soaked in motor oil (DO NOT use lubricants vaseline or silicone) |

| Lubricate knobs snap |

Lubricate with grease. |

Check the correct position of the guards. Check that there are no vibrations of the same during exercises. Check the screws. |
