Luxtrainer ® is aware of share d values and skills that characterize our identity. So our approach is a long-term business which we are committed to always growth in a parallel way together with civil society, tuning in company interests with general one's. We think to have many opportunities to give a sense of welbeing for stakeholders community, only putting together social innovative values with business decisions. Business and society need each other, the temporary use of one side affects the both long-term wealth. In order to create social value should recognize contexts where they work, they face up to problems, challenges and specific commitments with determination and a big sense of responsibility. We apply to all products and processes the highest international standards of social liability, ethical purchasing, security and regulatory compliance. Luxtrainer ® agrees to Global Compact United Nations principles based on respect for human rights, environment, fight corruption and child labor. Purchasing managers and human resources constantly dealing to manage compliance with principles contained within Code of Ethics Luxtrainer ®, which every employee and supplier is obliged to accept the accreditation. Compliance with principles called "ILO" (International Labour Organization) on the rights and working conditions are ensured by actions of company management regarding to organization control. The control area includes the following elements: integrity and ethical values, philosophy and management style of management, organizational structure, assignment of responsibilities, policies and responsibilities of human resources. Luxtrainer ® does not use and has never spent working people under minimum age required by the law, doing great attention to the organizational structure of its suppliers.

Charter of Values and Ethics Code
Despite ethical standards adoption which represents an option and not an obligation, Luxtrainer® decided to acquire its own Charter of Values and Ethics Code to give proper weight to image of fairness and transparency which guide the company business. The Values Charter is the result of a great collective effort and there are five principles on which it is based: Focus of the person, Respect Integrity and Trasparency, Nearness and Listening to Customers, Pride of Belonging, Search for exellence to mantain it. The Charter of Values has also established the basis for Ethics Code drafting which describes and summarizes organization's values and ways that will be used every day. Ethics Code receivers are all stakeholders which affect or are affected, directly or indirectly by Luxtrainer® activities: investors, directors, employees, agents, co-workers, customers, suppliers, civilized community and future generations. Health and safety Luxtrainer® background value is the quality of human life, therefore the main goal is to prevent accidents during working. So our priority is to ensure training of all workers in order to create an optimal working environment. Our commitment is designed to identify and to eliminate any risk for health and safety. We enthusiastically support a culture that encourages safe behavior and respectful for a person, clearly defining and outlining the responsibilities of individual employees. Besides assiduous management efforts to ensure health, safety and environmental protection for its staff, it is responsible about all workers to ensure their colleagues safety and preservation of business community.

AIRC Italian Association for Cancer Research, This private nonprofit institution, was founded in 1965 thanks to some researchers's initiative from Institute of Cancer placed in Milan. Here we can find Professor Umberto Veronesi and Professor Giuseppe della Porta, using a valuable support by well-known Milanese entrepreneurs. Since its foundation AIRC has always been committed to promoting cancer research and it has gradually expanded in our country. Today has 17 Regional Committees and nearly 1.8 million of members. Many generous people who support this Association, allowing it to exist and to move forward. AIRC activeness is aimd to collect and donate funds for cancer research advancement and to propagate correct information to everyone.
A.O.S. Associazione Oncologica Senigalliese, since 1994 it guarantees medical and nursing care of cancer terminally-ill patients, inside their home, inside their own environment, allowing them the best possible living conditions with their family. Any benefit to patients and their families is free. Volunteers and medical AOS staff carry out throughout the valleys and Misa Nevola, an essential service to many cancer patients every day. Exclusively in order to ensure a continuous and efficient service thanks to generous and sensitive sales donation. This is recognized like an excellent thing by Senigallia population, putting in the middle of attention and action, the respect and the positive commitment towards weaker people.
